Manhole covers and frames are made of hot-dip galvanized steel, which provides high corrosion resistance and durability in outdoor environments. The internal recess is designed to be filled with paving, tiles or concrete to the surface level, so that the cover visually blends with the surrounding pavement. The construction is stiffened, with welded joints and a galvanized protective coating in accordance with BS EN ISO 1461.
Clark Drain CD Series manhole covers are recessed, galvanized steel manhole covers and frames suitable for driveways. The manhole cover has corner brackets for easy lifting of the cover. It also includes plastic caps to protect the keyhole from debris and dirt.
